Kristen is North Florida born and bred and a Gator for Life! She’s been part of the Chris Doering Mortgage family since 2008, and in her role as a Loan Originator, she works magic behind the scenes to help clients make their homeownership
dreams a reality!  Whether it’s guiding first-time buyers or helping seasoned homeowners secure the best financing, Kristen’s all about simplifying the process, crunching the numbers, and finding the perfect mortgage fit. 

Thanks to her dedication and expertise, Kristen has become a key part of the team, ensuring every client gets the care and attention they deserve. With the company experiencing amazing growth, Kristen’s more excited than ever about what the future holds! 

When she’s not helping clients, Kristen enjoys life in the Gainesville area with her family. They love exploring Florida’s natural beauty, from visiting the springs to catching Atlanta Braves games, or taking weekend trips around the Southeast. 

Fun fact: Kristen’s also a bookworm and a huge supporter of the arts —so when she’s not making mortgage magic happen, you might find her getting lost in a novel or enjoying a local art show!
