Loan Officer

What You’ll Do
- Originate, structure, and process mortgage loans according to company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Proactively generate leads and build a pipeline through referrals, networking, direct outreach, and partnerships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients — assessing needs, educating borrowers, and guiding them through loan options
- Collaborate with internal teams (processing, underwriting, closing) to ensure seamless and timely closings
- Monitor and manage pipeline metrics, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain expertise in mortgage products, market conditions, and lending regulations
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other referral partners
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in mortgage origination
- Active or prior LO licensing (NMLS / applicable state licensing)
- Strong sales mindset, hustle, and ability to self-motivate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance
- A team-first mindset — willing to support colleagues, share best practices, and grow together
