Jeff Wolfe

Jeff was born in Zanesville, Ohio, and raised in Rochelle, Illinois – a small farming community just 90 miles west of Chicago.  He attended Kishwaukee College and moved to Gainesville in 1985. Jeff has one daughter, Jennifer, who is raising his three grandsons, Luke, Caden, and Dylan with her husband Ben, in Rochelle, Illinois.

Jeff has been licensed in real estate since 1998 and obtained his mortgage broker license in 2000. His experience and knowledge from both of these aspects help him better assist clients by providing them with a complete understanding of the sales process and creating a smoother process by eliminating the guesswork. He joined the team at Chris Doering Mortgage in 2011.

Jeff and his wife of 14 years, now live just off the beach in New Port Richey, FL., where he continues to originate loans with Chris Doering Mortgage. Being only a couple of hours from Gainesville, Jeff still serves his Alachua County clients, as well as Pasco County and the beautiful Treasure Island/Sunset Beach/St. Pete Beach areas. He prides himself on providing the best mortgage solution for clients whether it’s a first home, investment property, or refinance.
