Steps to complete the processing of your loan:

  4. Order appraisal and get appraisal back.
  5. Send file to underwriting for approval.
  6. Receive conditional approval with additional items needed for final approval.
  7. Receive final approval.
  8. Work with title agent/attorney to get final approved closing statement.
  9. Close.
