Chris was born and raised in Florida and is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in International Economics. Chris has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, specializing in Agency, VA, FHA, and Jumbo loans.

He maintains a keen focus on product and continues to improve his knowledge of the mortgage business with the ultimate goal of putting his customers in the right loan for their given situation. Chris is dedicated to making the challenging yet exciting process of getting a mortgage easier for Chris Doering Mortgage customers.

Chris has been married to his wife Holly since 2003 and they have two active young boys, Vance and Tanner. He and his family enjoy being on their boat as much as they can and, as an avid saltwater fisherman, Chris loves to share that passion with friends and family. He also enjoys playing golf when he can.

Jennifer is a Gainesville native and graduate of PK Yonge. She graduated from the University of Florida before moving to South Florida to pursue her real estate career and still holds a license as a Real Estate Broker, in addition to a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Jennifer brings more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry in many facets, ranging from general real estate to working for well-known residential developers, GL Homes and Lennar to Commercial Real Estate. Jennifer most notably worked as a Leasing Associate for Stiles Corporation, which is based in South Florida. In her tenure with Stiles, Jennifer represented global real estate investment giant, Guggenheim Partners, to lease a high profile office building in Miami’s Downtown epicenter, Brickell Avenue.

Jennifer and her fiancé have a baby girl, Brooklyn, and a new little one on the way.  Jennifer enjoys traveling throughout the world, teaching her daughter new things and dominating at Draft Kings. She has also been active in the community, participating in The United Way and The Beacon Council of Miami.

Daphne began her career as a Loan Processor when Chris Doering Mortgage first opened its doors in March of 2007. She feels blessed to be part of such a strong and compassionate group of people.

Daphne lives in Gainesville and has two children, Chelsea and Chase. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, writing, and playing the piano. She finds time almost daily to unwind by playing a few songs. Daphne said she is thankful for the gift of music and loves sharing it with others as well.

Nadine Landry joined the Chris Doering Mortgage team in December 2013 as a Mortgage Loan Processor.  She brings over 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a mortgage underwriter, processor, closer, and builder finance processor.  Nadine enjoys helping clients achieve the goal of home ownership.

Nadine has been a resident of the Gainesville area for 13 years but was born and raised on the Westbank of New Orleans.

Kristen was born and raised in North Florida and has been a Gator since birth. She graduated from the International Baccalaureate program at Eastside High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Kristen has been part of the Chris Doering Mortgage team since February 2008. She’s excited about her future with the company as it has experienced tremendous growth, and is focused on continuing to develop professionally.

Kristen currently lives in Alachua, FL with her husband, Jason, and son, Rhett. Together, they enjoy visiting the nearby springs, attending Atlanta Braves baseball games, and visiting new places in the Southeast. Kristen is also an avid reader and a patron of the arts.

Jeff was born in Zanesville, Ohio, and raised in Rochelle, Illinois – a small farming community just 90 miles west of Chicago.  He attended Kishwaukee College and moved to Gainesville in 1985. Jeff has one daughter, Jennifer, who is raising his three grandsons, Luke, Caden, and Dylan with her husband Ben, in Rochelle, Illinois.

Jeff has been licensed in real estate since 1998 and obtained his mortgage broker license in 2000. His experience and knowledge from both of these aspects help him better assist clients by providing them with a complete understanding of the sales process and creating a smoother process by eliminating the guesswork. He joined the team at Chris Doering Mortgage in 2011.

Jeff and his wife of 14 years, now live just off the beach in New Port Richey, FL., where he continues to originate loans with Chris Doering Mortgage. Being only a couple of hours from Gainesville, Jeff still serves his Alachua County clients, as well as Pasco County and the beautiful Treasure Island/Sunset Beach/St. Pete Beach areas. He prides himself on providing the best mortgage solution for clients whether it’s a first home, investment property, or refinance.

Judd joined the growing team in 2015 as a Loan Originator, specializing in the Ocala area market.  Professionally, Judd spent five years as the Vice President of Construction and Business Development for a national hotel renovation company based out of Ocala. Prior to that served as a Commercial Loan Officer at an Ocala area bank.  Judd will be an active member of the Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors, as well as, the Marion County Builder’s Association.

Judd is an Ocala native and graduate of Forest High School. He attended the University of Florida and was a teammate of Chris Doering and starting placekicker for the Gator Football team from 1992-94.  To his credit, Judd earned NCAA 1st Team All-American honors and also won the Lou Groza National Placekicker of the Year Award in 1993.  He was later inducted into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011.
