Rob holds certifications in VA, FHA, and USDA lending and specializes in Non-QM loan solutions. His background as a mortgage underwriter and credit manager provides him with a distinct advantage, allowing him to expertly guide clients through the loan process, identify options tailored to their financial goals, and ensure every aspect of the transaction is handled with precision. Now as a Loan Processor at Chris Doering Mortgage, Natalie brings that same warmth and commitment to every client she serves. Holding degrees in Hospitality & Event Management and Criminology, Natalie combines strong organizational skills with a deep understanding of people and their unique needs.
Her background in fast-paced, client-focused environments has taught her the importance of truly listening, communicating clearly, and handling every detail with care. Natalie’s calm and steady approach ensure that her clients feel supported and confident throughout the mortgage process.

I grew up in Northern Virginia with realtor parents. Despite having an interest in real estate, I knew being a realtor was not for me, so I went into the hair industry. 

After the COVID pandemic, I relocated to the Southern great state of Florida, specifically beautiful Gainesville. Once settled, I met my partner Michael, who happened to be a realtor. We welcomed our son Daniel into the world and, like many, began to hunt for a house. 

During the home buying process, I found an admiration for the MLO part of reality and chose to expand my knowledge in that field. Now as a licensed MLO, I hope to do all to help everyone close the deal on their home.

Cory lives in the Orlando area and operates the Orlando Branch of Chris Doering Mortgage. A mortgage and loan professional for 25 years, Cory earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and moved to Florida soon after. He holds certifications in VA, FHA, and USDA Lending. Cory has the knowledge and experience to help you through the loan process, find the terms that are right for your budget, and make sure all the legalities are competently handled so your purchase is hassle free and worry free.

Chris was born and raised in Florida and is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in International Economics. Chris has been in the mortgage industry for over 23 years, specializing in Agency, VA, FHA, and Jumbo loans.

He maintains a keen focus on product and continues to improve his knowledge of the mortgage business with the ultimate goal of putting his customers in the right loan for their given situation. Chris is dedicated to making the challenging yet exciting process of getting a mortgage easier for Chris Doering Mortgage customers.

Chris has been married to his wife Holly since 2003 and they have two active young boys, Vance and Tanner. He and his family enjoy being on their boat as much as they can and, as an avid saltwater fisherman, Chris loves to share that passion with friends and family. He also enjoys playing golf when he can.

Jennifer is a Gainesville native and graduate of PK Yonge. She graduated from the University of Florida before moving to South Florida to pursue her real estate career and still holds a license as a Real Estate Broker, in addition to a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Jennifer brings more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry in many facets, ranging from general real estate to working for well-known residential developers, GL Homes and Lennar to Commercial Real Estate. Jennifer most notably worked as a Leasing Associate for Stiles Corporation, which is based in South Florida. In her tenure with Stiles, Jennifer represented global real estate investment giant, Guggenheim Partners, to lease a high-profile office building in Miami’s Downtown epicenter, Brickell Avenue.

Jennifer and her fiancé have a daughter, Brooklyn, and son Brandon. Jennifer enjoys traveling throughout the world, teaching her kids new things and dominating at Draft Kings. She has also been active in the community, participating in The United Way and The Beacon Council of Miami.

Daphne began her career as a Loan Processor when Chris Doering Mortgage first opened its doors in March of 2007. She feels blessed to be part of such a strong and compassionate group of people.

Daphne lives in Gainesville and has two children, Chelsea and Chase. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, writing, and playing the piano. She finds time almost daily to unwind by playing a few songs. Daphne said she is thankful for the gift of music and loves sharing it with others as well.

Jeff was born in Zanesville, Ohio, and raised in Rochelle, Illinois – a small farming community just 90 miles west of Chicago. He attended Kishwaukee College and moved to Gainesville in 1985. Jeff has one daughter, Jennifer, who is raising his three grandsons, Luke, Caden, and Dylan with her husband Ben, in Rochelle, Illinois.

Jeff has been licensed in real estate since 1998 and obtained his mortgage broker license in 2000. His experience and knowledge from both of these aspects help him to better assist clients by providing them with a complete understanding of the sales process and creating a smoother process by eliminating the guesswork. He joined the team at Chris Doering Mortgage in 2011.

Jeff and his wife, Debbie, now live in Lake City after spending about 10 years in the Sunset Beach area. He continues to serve clients in Alachua County, Pasco County, and the Treasure Island/Sunset Beach/St. Pete Beach areas. Jeff is dedicated to providing the best mortgage solutions, whether for a first home, investment property, or refinance.

Judd joined the growing team in 2015 as a Loan Originator, specializing in the Ocala area market.  Professionally, Judd spent five years as the Vice President of Construction and Business Development for a national hotel renovation company based out of Ocala. Prior to that served as a Commercial Loan Officer at an Ocala area bank.  Judd will be an active member of the Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors, as well as, the Marion County Builder’s Association.

Judd is an Ocala native and graduate of Forest High School. He attended the University of Florida and was a teammate of Chris Doering and starting placekicker for the Gator Football team from 1992-94.  To his credit, Judd earned NCAA 1st Team All-American honors and also won the Lou Groza National Placekicker of the Year Award in 1993.  He was later inducted into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011.
