I grew up in Northern Virginia with realtor parents. Despite having an interest in real estate, I knew being a realtor was not for me, so I went into the hair industry.
After the COVID pandemic, I relocated to the Southern great state of Florida, specifically beautiful Gainesville. Once settled, I met my partner Michael, who happened to be a realtor. We welcomed our son Daniel into the world and, like many, began to hunt for a house.
During the home buying process, I found an admiration for the MLO part of reality and chose to expand my knowledge in that field. Now as a licensed MLO, I hope to do all to help everyone close the deal on their home.
I am a dedicated mortgage lender with a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. Originally from Minnesota, I moved to Florida in 2002, spending time in Orlando and Gainesville before returning to Minnesota in 2007. I made my way back to Gainesville in 2014, embracing the community I love.
My educational journey began at Valencia College in Orlando, where I earned my Associate of Arts (AA) degree. I then attended the University of Florida before ultimately earning my degree in Business Management from the Minnesota School of Business.
With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry since 2010, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to providing upbeat, friendly, and professional service. Prior to joining Chris Doering Mortgage, I served as Vice President of Operations for a local credit union for nine years, further enhancing my financial expertise and leadership skills. In addition to my mortgage expertise, I am also an active realtor, offering clients a comprehensive perspective on their homeownership journey.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Daniel. Together, we are proud parents of five beautiful children. I believe in the philosophy that “if anything in life can go right, it will,” and apply this positive outlook to both my professional and personal life. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with my family. I live each day to the fullest and strive to make the mortgage and real estate process smooth and enjoyable for every client I serve.
Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or exploring real estate opportunities, I am here to guide you with care, expertise, and a personal touch.
